SDRES Customer Bill of Rights
1. Value of Your Asset - Your most valuable asset is our number one priority. We treat your property as if it was our own.
2. Communication - Responsiveness is key. We value your time and your need for information exchange. You will be able to speak with a knowledgeable person about your property within a reasonable amount of time each and every time.
3. Maintenance - A property maintained rental will provide you with a steady cash flow and create longevitiy with your tenants. Turnover expenses are costly for everyone.
4. Maintenance Costs - We have an arsenal of contractors and repair technicians available. In addition, many owners prefer to use their own personnel or simply perform the work themselves to keep their costs low. Either way, you will know how your account will be handled prior to any maintenance or repairs.
5. Expenses - All expenses, including maintenance and monthly expenditures, for your property can be handled and disbursed out of your account. In conjunction, all accounts must maintain a minimum reserve amount equal to double the total security deposit.
6. Accounting that Counts - Each month you will receive accurate statements which include a cash flow statement, income and expense ledgers, balance sheet, and copies of all non-recurring bills. The packet will be post marked no later than the 5th of each month.
7. Involvement - Hands on or hands off, you set the terms. You set the expense approval level, you set the frequency of interaction and the type of contact.
8. Trust - We know that trust is a two-way street. We will earn your trust by our daily actions and our close attention to your property needs and wants.
9. Respect - We understand and value your input and property history. Just because we have experience, education, and the proper licensing to handle all aspects of your property, doesn't mean what you have to say isn't as important.
10. Commitment - Once our relationship is solidified, we are committed to your property and have your best interests at heart. When we are working with you, our focus is on only you and your property.
