Denise Wells - Denise is the Broker-Manager/Co-Founder of SDRES, she holds the designations of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Specialist) and e-PRO, was the Keller Williams Career Launch Award Recipient for 2006, and has a Master of Arts in Literature and Writing Studies.  In her spare time, Denise teaches online communication and composition courses at University of Phoenix and Argosy University, volunteers for a local senior center, is the Board President for her HOA, and advocates for a local off-leash dog park.   She can be reached at Denise@SDRESpecialists.com
